Returns & Exchange

Our returns and exchanges policy

Due to hygiene standards, no returns or refunds will be allowed for any used Synxsole® orthotics unless there is a manufacturing fault affecting its function.
Please Contact Us requesting a Return & Exchange Form and Returns Advice reference number both of which must accompany all returns. A full refund will depend on the outcome of an assessment of the faulty product by Synx Sole’s Quality Department.
